Aviamasters Game Review
Okay, this game is next-level stuff. Forget the regular slots – here you’ll find no reels. Instead, you’ll get a red biplain that hops from warship to warship with Lady Luck piloting it. And she does her job perfectly, for she needs to collect multipliers and avoid missiles on the way.
Gameplay
You start the game by choosing the speed level. There are four: Turtle, Human, Rabbit and…Flash? Well, whatever the last one is, the plane there moves super fast. After you choose the speed (multipliers don’t change, it’s not the difficulty level), you can set the bet and you’re good to go. I mean, fly. When you push the Play button, your plane takes off and that very moment you stop controlling it and can only observe its trajectory. The latter depends on two things: multipliers and… I think we can call them dividers. Multipliers either multiply your bet or add to it, and the dividers are the missiles that divide the current winning amount by two.
When your plane meets the multiplier, it goes up, and you can observe it both visually and on the altitude panel. If it rises too high from the warships, you’ll start seeing the green zones that mark the safe spots for landing. In case the aircraft hits the missile, it goes down until it meets another multiplier to rise or another divider that would send it even lower. You might think the end of the root is the warship but you should be prepared that in case of an overshoot or the undershoot your plane goes straight into the blue waters of the no-name bay and you lose the plane together with all the points it has collected, not to mention the pilot’s wet pants. Once my plane hung half on the edge of a warship. That was some battlefield-movie moment I must say.
If you are, for some reason, tired of launching your plane manually, there’s the autopilot… sorry, autoplay mode, and it’s very adjustable. You can set the Stop Conditions by any win, if a single win exceeds some point, or if the cash balance increases or decreases by any level. Additionally, you can set the number of auto plays.
You can choose any preset number from 5 to infinity or enter a custom number of rounds.
The Win?
Sure, the jackpot is huge, but getting to it might cost you some legendary-level effort. To get to the Goliath-sized $400k, you'll need to drop a wallet-trembling $1,600 per spin! That’s the ticket price for a ride with the max multiplier at 250x. Thankfully, you can still hop on that plane for just $0.10.
Final Thoughts
This game is a strange heart-rate-rising zen. I prefer to play it on Turtle mode and go through all the ups and downs together with my pilot. It also reminds me of the long-forgotten flash games of the early 2000s that we played right where they were born – Adobe Flash Player, but those were just fun-trash time killers, and at the Aviamasters, you might bring yourself some real money. At least, you should try.
